Herbs

Fresh cut herbs smell so good and taste great in teas, as seasonings and more. Cut your own from our herb garden and in the tunnel. Or pick up some of our dried herbs in the farmstand. We have many basil varieties, rosemary, lemon balm, chives, mints, oregano, parsley, lavender and thyme.

Friday July 9: Closed

We will be closed Friday July 9 because of the tropical storm expected to be around most of the day. We will re-open Saturday at 8:30 am. Picking red, blush & black raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Many herbs and flowers available for cutting. Many vegetables available in the farmstand. See you soon!

CLOSED Saturday July 3, Open July 4

We will be open on Friday July 2 from 9-5, CLOSED Saturday July 3 due to the excess rain, OPEN Sunday July 4 from 9-5. Picking red and blush raspberries. Beginning Wednesday July 7 we will be picking blueberries and Black Raspberries. Many vegetables available in the farmstand.

Picking Raspberries – Strawberries Ripening

On Thursday June 24, the Strawberry field will be closed for ripening. The raspberry field will be open for picking – the plants are loaded with ripe berries. Vegetables available in the farmstand. Herbs available for cutting.

Raspberries Ready for Picking

Red raspberries are ready for picking – the plants are loaded with berries. This is the last week for strawberries. Tomatoes, romaine and leaf lettuce available in the farmstand. Broccoli and spinach later this week, other vegetables coming soon. Herbs are ready for cutting. Flowers will be ready soon. Facemasks are REQUIRED in the farmstand for those NOT VACCINATED. Come on out and enjoy a relaxing time picking.

Strawberry picking Wk of June 13

This week we will be open from 9am-12 noon on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday for strawberry picking. A few raspberries are turning pink – so excited to pick raspberries soon! Stay tuned. Also have lettuce, cherry tomatoes and garlic scapes in the farmstand.

Closed Saturday for Ripening

We will be closed on Saturday June 12 for strawberry ripening. We will reopen Sunday June 13 from 9 until 12 noon for picking. Lettuce, garlic scapes and cherry tomatoes available in the farmstand.

Strawberry Picking is Starting

We will be open Wednesday June 9, Friday June 11 and Saturday June 12 from 9am to 12 noon for strawberry picking. Our crop is down from last year due to winter/spring strong winds that blew the protective straw off the plants. Check back for hours the following week. Facemasks are required in the farmstand for anyone who is NOT VACCINATED. Facemasks are not required in the picking field but social distancing should be practiced by everyone. See you soon!

Thank You

Thank you to everyone who came out to our farm this season. We greatly appreciated your support. We are now closed for the 2020 season and will re-open in June for strawberry season. In the meantime we will be busy putting the production fields and tunnels to bed for the winter, pruning the brambles and blueberries, and planning for the 2021 season. We wish you all a wonderful, safe and healthy fall and winter.

Saturday September 12

The raspberry field will be closed for ripening on Saturday Sept 12. The farmstand will be open with winter squash and there are flowers and herbs for cutting. The raspberry field will re-open on Sunday Sept 13 at 9 am.
